Julie Herrmann
Julie Herrmann has worked in event planning for the past 12 years in Colorado. The strong partnerships she has forged with countless vendors throughout the state are reflective of her strong statewide reputation for professionalism and dedication to her clients.
In addition to her expertise in event planning, Ms. Herrmann brings a wealth of experience in fundraising, government and public affairs, project organization and management as well as campaign coordination.

In 2008, Ms. Herrmann served as the Finance Director for Jeff Crank for Congress. Her fundraising efforts led to $400,000 being contributed to the campaign by over 800 individual donors, an all-time district high. As an Event and Meeting Coordinator for the University of Colorado President’s Office Ms. Herrmann assisted in all meetings and special events within the president’s office along with CU Foundation donor dinners attended by the president. She also assisted in tour planning, cultural events and other community outreach efforts.
While working for Bob Beauprez’s gubernatorial race in 2006, Ms. Herrmann oversaw 64 county organizations. She organized numerous statewide tours and events for the candidate, most notably the official campaign announcement tour and particularly the Denver announcement that was attended by over 1,600 people. Her duties included identifying location stops, ensuring high attendance at each event, and accommodation logistics. She also coordinated and oversaw advance for all candidate-attended events, numerous county chair meetings, along with major county events, fairs, parades, and festivals.
While working as a professional political and public policy consultant Ms. Herrmann’s public policy clients have included the Leadership Program of the Rockies, the Vernon K. Krieble Foundation, the Krieble Foundation, Shari Williams Consulting, Alliance for Choice in Education, the Republican Leadership Program as well as the RLP Alumni Association. During her six years with the Leadership Program her duties focused on coordinating 8 full Day seminar’s and a two day Retreat at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs.
She has consulted for such political clients as the Colorado Republican Committee, Congressman Bob Beauprez, the Senate Majority Fund, the Boulder County Republican Party as well as numerous state and local candidates, focusing mainly on fundraising and the Get out the Vote (GOTV) portions of the campaign process.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Ms. Herrmann worked for one of the top governmental affairs firms in the State, InterMountain/RKH, as a lobbyist.
In 1997-1998, Ms. Herrmann helped raise over $1.5 million in campaign contributions as the Finance Director for the Bob Greenlee for Congress Campaign. Mr. Greenlee was running in the Second Congressional District of Colorado, one of the top three races in the country in 1998.
Ms. Herrmann began her career working as the Campaign Director for a State Senate Campaign in 1996 and assisting her local State Representative in community events and town hall meetings. She then worked as a legislative aide at the Colorado State Capitol after developing a passion for politics as an intern in the Majority Communications office in the House of Representatives during her last year of college.
